Accessibility statement
Last updated: 2 August 2026
NIIOMA is committed to making our website and platform accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or technology.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines define how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor and cognitive impairments.
What we are doing
We are taking the following steps to ensure accessibility across niioma.com and NIIOMA OS.
- Visual design: we design with sufficient colour contrast, readable typography and clear visual hierarchy.
- Keyboard navigation: all interactive elements are navigable by keyboard.
- Alternative text: we provide meaningful alternative text for images and non-text content.
- Forms: forms are built with clear labels, instructions and error messages.
- Assistive technology testing: we test with assistive technologies including screen readers.
- Team training: our development team is trained on accessibility best practices.
- Built-in from the start: accessibility requirements are included in our design and development processes from the outset.
Known limitations
We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our services. There may be areas that do not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
- Third-party content: some third-party embedded content (such as video call interfaces) may have limited accessibility features.
- Older documents: older PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers.
We are actively working to address these limitations and welcome feedback to help us prioritise improvements.
